I am taking damages for no reason while hangout with my friends in the game! My hungers bar is full. I looked around Nobody is there Only friends, no mobs around too. like just what?.

Its a known glitch, pingu mentioned something about going back in water and then get out to stop it.
It works, I carry a bucket of water now just in case.
Oh.
Another thing could be lava under you, need 2 blocks for separation otherwise you will also take damage.
In that clip, you should not take off your helmet bc it might have done a lot of damage to you, or at least a lot of "damage" (Does the damage noise but barely take a heart)
You also just log out to the menu and then rejoin back in the game.
