I feel like usernames should be between 1 and 30 characters and ?,!,: and just about anything on the keyboard because the 5 and 30 thing is just weird and useless,and characters like U+3164 are allowed but a normal question mark isint,which is kinda weird
(dont make U+3164 illegal tho)
