Is this actually the Giant Brown Mushroom? If the answer is yes, why I can't collect any Brown Mushroom from it? I planted a little Brown Mushroom below my sky base and put Bone Meal to make it grow XXL, but then when I chop it down I didn't get anything! Did I waste some Bone Meal? Can somebody give a good answer to this question???
Small Mushrooms have the same chance to drop from any block in a giant mushroom as a sapling has a chance to drop from leaves. However if you mean you want to obtain the actual Giant mushroom blocks, and place them elsewhere, you can't as the Silk touch enchantment, or any enchantment hasn't been added to PoC yet.
I mean that I wanted to obtain small Brown Mushroom from that thing. I need them to make the Fermeted Spider Eye

yeah, you don't get mushrooms for every single block you break, only some of them.

No Problem! :D you can also have small red and brown mushrooms spread if they're in a dark room, though it's a little bit more challenging to manage, especially with mobs having spawn rates a little bit higher than they should be having, Lol.
