It stays the same until u redownload and sign back into email or Facebook
Nothing will happen, but if you don't have a Facebook or Email account that wasn't used to log into your player, then all your crap is gone :(
If you have email registration, all your progress will be saved after game reinstallation . Even you can play the game with the same game progress on another device but after authorization!

If you delete the game without logging in to Facebook or Email, all progress will be lost (friend list, name, private chest, location, everything). If you are logged in you keep your progress, including friend lisrt, private chest, and so on.
