Let me make a statement in this post about PoC clans: I think the reason why these clans fail, is because of poor leadership and a lack of commitment. I don't blame these leaders. But they must realize, that PoC clans are way more complicated than they think it is.
HeroSonic, Kain and Scarlet laugh at you all, because of this. They think you are all weak flies, untrained, and dumb, because you all don't have what it takes to lead a complicated clan that is similar to real-life governments. I'm sorry, but this is what you all need to hear.
HeroSonic, by all means, I created these guides just so I can teach you all how to lead and make GHE take it all back. GHE is not going to be nice and tell you how to lead, instead they want you all to join them. But the wrong mistake they did, is insulting someone like TrollJK and making him join afterwards. You all need to step up your game, if you are to make a country.

HeroSonic, to explain, people will break your rules no matter what, when there is no law enforcement. Without law enforcement, this is what's going to happen: someone breaks it, not knowing what they did, and you end up punishing them. He/she leaves. As a result, you lost a member. That's why its important to have law enforcement, to make sure people don't accidentally break it. And it depends, on how strong your law enforcement is.

So you completely destroy your clan purposefully by putting your vice-leader up, and got grounded and blamed it on both Modz and your parents. All that could be avoided with better choices and a good government.
