1) It's just skins. They don't have any special effects
2) When you purchase and equip skin for diamon armor, all diamond armor will look like the skin.
3) I just checked, it works fine for me.
4) We removed weapons variants due to release of Wardrobe.
5) Have you noticed any specific conditions that may lead to this?
