To whom it may concern,
During my game June 06, 2025 at around 8:29pm Manila Philippines Time the following players cheated and exploited my base using a bug. Map -200:400 you can see on the images the coordinate base they exploited.

of group RBML please see following image. Upon conversation with this players they said they exploiting the database. I know database because I am IT. I believed they hack the system for the reason that if they use x-ray bug they have to take time to scan the area to find my base which is located in far sides of the town. But they did it in less than hour so this players is using a hacking tools.
I hope this can be rollback.

They are lying about exploiting database. It's not possible. Maybe they have other methods of finding bases.
POCAdmin2, thinking at first its really difficult to justify this since you need to have access to the server, connection parameter, username, password and knowledge of mssql, oracle or posgresql to do that. So I tried to analyze how did they find my base in -200:400 town,
South first is base -201:391 let say they scan/xray on top land/sky since they have elytra wings when i chat with them. Then they make hole on the top dirt into the base, but how do they find and killed the 3 horses on the extend area -200:393, if they come on top of my base how did they find those horses you cannot scan the horses. Second -205:384 base i am thinking they can only find box with something on it. But they also get the 3 empty boxes near it -206:385. Third -214:378 this base is deep underground. Fourth is -202:377 and extend farm -200:378.
This bases is in West side it means their scanning is large to find this Fifth is -213:387 base. Six -205:409 base. Seventh -211:396 base.
This bases is in North side Seventh -205:423 base. Eight -198:420 base.
This base is in East side Nine -175:399. So ok lets say they can scan the South, West and North area but the East base is to far to scan so it raise a question how did they find this base.
Notice that all this bases are far apart so using scan will take time, but I believe they take only 1 hour to do all this. When they arrived at the town they also message me if i own the town and try to add me as friend. I added them as friend because I thought they want to do pvp i go to my private box and get my pvp gear but I have to quit for a while to pickup my wife. One hour later when I came back that's the time I learned that they looted my bases. I have screenshot because this players tried to add me in discord they want to give some or return their loots.
Now my question is can admin still rollback or return the item on June 06, 2025 at around 8:29pm Manila Philippines Time that I have on on this time.
And what will the admin do with this players that in my screenshot.
SimonSky, unfortunately, rollback is not possible.
As for what to do, if there are any definite and clear proofs that said players use some kind of hacking software to exploit the game and detect other people's bases, we will ban them. As for the x-ray bug, we are looking a way to fix this problem, and hopefully we will be able to do it in the near time.
