Diamond are usually under or near lava or just dig to bedrock and it should be near there for iron its just normally anywhere just dig low enough and gold are found in underground ravens
Deserts have the best coordinates in those areas, diamonds and gold are more abundant in other places, they are less abundant in the desert, there is usually lava instead of water.

i recommend -100:6 or -450:-150, those are some good mining areas i use
