I helped her realize why she got reported--that her misconduct disturbed everyone's peace, so I made her promise to not only NEVER SPAM/ROAST, but also to behave according to the Terms of Conditions and Agreements.
Please, may you unban my friend and give her the ability to global-chat again? Thank you!

XxHeroSonicxX, sounds like she encountered a bug. I recommend her to send the report via in-game menu. In order to send a report, visit a main menu, press the question mark icon and choose Send report. Fill in all the fields, describe the problem with as much details as possible and send the report to us.
