First of all on the leader board there are sweats with no life *cough cough* AndryWolfm*cough cough* so I suggest to make it more fair add a limit of hg u can play per day or per hour or whatever. Also idk about this but you could add district's and have it randomize 12 teams of 2 that have to work together til the end when pvp is enabled on the final 2 survivors (if same district) I just feel like that could be huge success or terrible. Lastly make the spawns a bit better, for example there's a few places where I spawn 30m from another player, the chest is between us, he gets it first and absolutely cooks me... that one might just be a skill issue tho.

or u could have the "Time to Wait" countdown be still in pre-lobby and then take us to our spawns and the "Time to Start" where we can look around, analyze our spawn then start.
