Aside from all the harassment and the false accusations I've been receiving. I had this same issue for like 10-11 months now. Stupid loading screen keeps freezing and doesn't even load in after I restart everything. Fix POC. I've been in this frozen loading screen 15-20 minutes a day.
Not happened to me, maybe its your device or something
1) In which version of the game do you experience this problem? (You can see the number on the bottom in the main menu)
2) Which device are you playing on?
3) Exactly which version of the operational system is on your device? (precisely the version of Android, iOS, Windows, etc.)
4) Do you experience similar problems in other applications? Maybe you have bad connection?
I have 0 problems with my device, It's on the latest Android Version and it can run without issues on other apps, Although I will check the version once I actually get into the app and not just a frozen loading screen.
