I am reading this again, and I think I see what they mean. Sometimes I'm trying to switch blocks in my inventory slot (so I can hold them in my player's hand) and it just resets. Annoying when it's something more serious like changing armor pieces

Well I was talking about a different glitch then..
Pingu, thank you for the video! So, the main problem is that the choosen item on the action panel switches randomly on its own, despite you didn't do it? Does it happens only when you are hit, or there are other conditions which lead to this problem?
