This can be many things, but here are some I think might be possible..
Speed hacker
Glitch where speed 2 particles don't show (where they are using speed 2)
Glitch where said effect doesn't run out (speed 2)
Normal speed 2
Potion of Swiftness+ with Potion of swiftness II
Particles could have been weakness I'm not sure though
I found another speed hacker..

I'm not on IOS, and every recording software has some weird bad thing
Those screenshots are kind of pointless cus its impossible to tell if someone has a movement hack by looking at a still image
