I don't know when this started happening but a lot of blocks are not dropping the right items for example stairs drop oak logs and then brick stairs and observers drop nothing, so I feel like the admins should check every block and item and fix all the problems. Even for things like emerald blocks that as of now don't drop anything.
In which game mode have you encountered this problem?
POCAdmin2, This happens to me in Survival Multiplayer but I haven't checked the private maps yet so you could check on thier too.
