I was able to get a item called "Shrub" and I don't know if I can mine it with silk touch or shears or you can't mine it. I also included a screenshot of it. I am asking this because I think it is rare.

I don't see how it would be much different from the regular grass-type plants, so you likely could get it back if you just mine it with shears or silk touch.

If this shrub in the image is anything similar to how shrubs are in Minecraft, shrubs are a debug plant in the category of grass-like plants (grass, ferns, dry/dead bushes, and these debug shrubs), and although they have a greener dead bush-like appearance they're more like grass or ferns, as they could only be placed on dirt-type blocks (they can't be placed on sand-type blocks like dead bushes could), and occasionally drop wheat seeds if mined without shears or silk touch.

However in Minecraft shrubs are typically unobtainable in legitimate survival mode and required commands on pre-1.13 update versions to obtain.

I'm quite curious about how you obtained one in PoC though as I didn't know that PoC had these types of debug shrubs as well until seeing this post.

Give me tnt, shrubs used to be available in the mansion. idk if you can use shears to collect them but i wouldnt risk it since you cant really obtain shrubs anymore from my knowledge
