Thier seems to be a problem of redstone between chunks not working or being delayed. In the image the redstone power should be able to make all the redstone lamps turn on because it has a high enough power but it is sometimes delayed or not working in different chunks.

I tried to experiment with Redstone in private maps and I got a repeating light, so I copied everything somewhere else.
The build was on the border of 2 chunks so the Redstone would stop working

sometimes my Redstone machine doesn't work because it shows all Redstone as powered or none (Only half of it should be powered, and the halves change)
