Are they doing a ritual? They aren't moving unlike most players in 50;150 spawn. This is weird
They are close to one area but all over the place at the same time. There are some on the private chest xD
If they aren't moving, it's very likely that the game was intensely lagging server-side, rather than client-side, so you were able to move just fine, but most entities just don't move on your screen.

It could also be possible that those players are having ping issues

turn on your fps to se if you have intense lag
