so.....when im exploring at a desert biome,i saw a lucky blocks then when i break it it quickly regenerated again but i did not get the random item. is this neccesary happened or is this a glitch?

It happens to me too, but when I have lag
Looks like a glitch due to lags.
It can happen If you break the block at an awkward angle, try breaking It straight on.
The only glitch Is that they often don't drop anything.
