One of the first step of the Plague Project was to start clans that would serve it's cause. "Plague" Is a Union/League which every clan who joins is ruled by the Plague Leader, which is me.
Modz had the idea of making his own clan to start wars, get resources and gain space for the Plague so It could spread faster. We are making our first moves.
Modz is declared Leader Of S1NN3RS as I declared myself the Oligarch Ruler and the Vice President of it, being the Leader of the Clan's Leader.
